This Privacy Policy explains how HexaMines (“the App”) handles information when you play the game. It applies to the HexaMines mobile application.

1. Information stored by the App

The App may store game progress and settings on your device, such as completed levels, best results, preferences, and daily-challenge progress. This information is used to provide game features and is not, by itself, intended to identify you.

2. Google Play Games Services

If you choose to use Google Play Games features, Google may process information associated with your Play Games account, such as your player profile, achievements, and leaderboard scores, in accordance with Google's terms and privacy policy. These features are subject to your Google account settings. You can choose not to sign in, although some online features may then be unavailable.

3. Advertising and third-party services

If advertising is enabled in the version of the App you use, the advertising provider may collect or receive information such as advertising identifiers, device/app information, approximate location inferred from network information, and ad interaction data to serve, measure, and prevent fraud in advertising. The exact data processed depends on the provider and your device settings.

Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies. Review the Google Privacy Policy and, if Google Mobile Ads is integrated, AdMob and Google advertising information.

4. Analytics and crash reports

This policy does not assert that analytics or crash-reporting data is collected unless such a service is integrated into the published build. If analytics or crash-reporting tools are added, identify those providers and the information they collect here.

5. How information is used

  • To save and restore game progress and settings.
  • To provide optional online features such as achievements and leaderboards.
  • Where enabled, to display and measure ads and help prevent abuse or fraud.
  • To respond to support requests sent to the developer.

6. Sharing and disclosure

The developer does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by third-party services you use through the App, such as Google Play Games or an enabled advertising provider, under their own policies. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or when necessary to protect the App, its users, or the public.

7. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored game data generally remains on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App. Data held by Google Play Games or other third-party providers is managed according to their services and account controls. The developer may not be able to access or delete data held directly by those providers.

8. Children's privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If the App is made available to children or is designated for a child-directed audience, its target-audience settings, advertising configuration, and data practices must comply with applicable laws and Google Play policies. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information to the developer may contact us.

9. Security

Reasonable steps are taken to protect information handled by the developer. However, no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the App or its data practices change. The revised version will be published where this policy is made available, with an updated date.
